extends our reach

The farthest star is that dream you've always had. The dream you always thought was too far away to reach. Some of us grow out of our dreams; some of us dream new dreams; and some of us decide to try. We decide to try knowing that just by trying; we will grow and be better for the effort.

My dream started with a chocolate chip cookie. I love baking and it occurred to me that Irish Cream liqueur and chocolate chips would make a wonderfully decadent cookie.

The reaction from everyone was immediate and overwhelming! Few cookies are designed for grown-ups and these were new, different, unexpected and delicious. The excited and positive feedback encouraged me to correct that oversight. I decided to follow my dream; to reach for that farthest star.

So I began creating recipes based on favorite liqueurs such as Irish Cream and Schnapps. These cookies are rich, luxurious and delicious. The alcohol bakes out leaving an amazing depth of flavor. They’re perfect for those special “me” moments when you deserve something unique and delightful to celebrate the unique and delightful person you are.
